Healthy Habits

At INSPIRE ELJ we strive to provide healthy, whole food and well-balanced meals to our children. We limit the sugar intake in all of our food and eliminate refined and processed foods. We also introduce and educate our children about food and nutrition, where our food comes from and learning the importance of a healthy diet and being active.

Our children are involved in the process of planting, growing and harvesting in our garden as part of the campus sustainability program.

Our experienced chef prepares our delicious meals from scratch directly from our purposely-built kitchen. The four-week rotational menu changes seasonally and we follow the guidance by Nutrition Australia. We also cater children with different dietary requirements based on the culture, beliefs and allergies.

Our campus is a NUT FREE campus.
